haix.. ytd.. cos kris and zi wei(president and vp) not around ma to coordinate the napfa test as they are having class.. then i end my class le... so went down first... then after tat, i started to coordinate all my tester and i realised tat i dun even have enough people and ms leong was going crazy so called kris to help me to find people to come down.. then after tat... all still okie la.. but i find tat it is very messy cos i wasnt even prepared to be the coordinator for the napfa test ytd... let alone briefing my testers before the test so i was really very stressed up la... but then i really want to thank my testers who are there and they are really very nice lor.. ask me dun be so stressed...
then during the 2.4km run, i have dong yue, zhikun, walter, desmond as my lap counters... so after i have brief them( try to even though i didnt prepare myself cos i have no time le and i was the only one there) then i also brief those who are going to take their napfa tests for that day... then i decided to cut down the time by spliting the 80 over people taking napfa test into 2 details for their 2.4km run... then when the first detail almost finishing, all my testers came back so i assume that all their testees have completed their run but then i saw one testee still running.. then my tester came back so i asked him why did he come back? and he said becos the rest came back... OMG!!! this is a really serious mistake lor... and as the coordinator for the day, i think i didnt prepare myself well enough to take over the whole thing and i also didnt brief my testers well to allow such a mistake... =(
need to go and think how can i coordinate this napfa test better especially the yr 3s are leaving le..
