went for the Basic Leaders Training Course just now.. though I do not need to go but then I decided to go and take a look in the end..Honestly, I was blown off by Jeff's msg...

Jeff was sharing about putting Usher into my lifestyle how we serve people and I realised actually without realising.. that is what i am doing everyday?? While working, I am still serving people??
Sometimes I do wonder how on earth can I be so patient with irritating customers but then I realised that it wasnt from anywhere or anyone who taught me but during Usher Ministry that I learnt Customer Service, Patient and Putting it into my everyday life..
If you love something, you will just do it before complaining anything at all and you just loving doing it.. HOW??
When you join Usher Ministry.. we have been taught.. golden rule of USHERS is to "SMILE"..and constantly,we are thinking of how to improve ourselves as an usher..this is our THOUGHTS... as each time we serve and greet people.. this becomes our weekly ACTIONS.. as we are serving week and week out.. no matter where we are... it has turned into our HABITS.. then soon.. we will nuture it into our CHARACTER.. becos we are always meeting people and like for myself, in a part-time retail line... it has turned in my LIFESTYLE.. with PASSION..
When we serve others, we need to have JOY.. but with irritating people, sometimes we just simply cant keep our cool.. how to have JOY.. Jeff came out with this...

some might ask why?? this is what i interpreted in.. Jesus is son of God who simply serve others without complaining... he has never put himself high up but then He serve people like you and me.. so if Jesus can do it.. we should be able to do it too?? as long we let go our pride and ego?? :)
2. If we can put others first before us... this is all serving is all about... not on ourselves but others first..
3. after serving others, and you realised that maybe a few has appreciated your service... then you are happy with yourself which all in all added up = JOY!!
Just now... I just simply wept not becos I am sad.. but then I just felt Joy of why I am being placed in the Ministry... sometimes I do feel tired and asked.. why am I serving week in, week out.. I am tired too.. i wan a break too.. but then each time when I am tired... Jing Jing's words will just appear in my mind..
"this ministry is really the ministry that makes the most friends but not just friends but family.. it's people that when you are tired at the end of the day but you are encourage to do more becos of the people surrounding you. Usher Ministry is a ministry for work and work is always there but it's who you do the work with can really makes the difference and all your friends that really made the difference."

sometimes, I do miss serving in expo... serving with EG whom i called my family.. the days and time that we spent together is too much... we just encourages one another to keep going... but since i am here in JW.. then it is a CHOICE that I have to make to change to form and help my SL to build a section that one day, we can call ourselves not simply just friends but FAMILY that loves each other's company... and serving will become what we loves to do...
